No preservatives or mold inhibitors are added and little to no oils or shortenings are used in our bread and rolls recipes. However, if you do wish to indulge, we also offer a Niagara Vineyards Dinner Loaf which is baked with milk and butter, Butter Rolls and Parker House Rolls (also baked with butter).
